As a family we have over 50 years of accommodating students. For the past 20 years Chairman, Bruce Hayes, has been setting the standards for student accommodation.
What We Do
We own and manage all of our properties and maintain them to the highest standards.
We do not act as an agent or manage other people's properties as this often creates delays in responding to property maintenance which is detrimental to tenants. We only let and manage properties that we own.
We want your stay in Lincoln to have a home from home feeling. It is important to us that your stay is a part of what we hope will be a happy experience of University Life in Lincoln.
We ensure a genuine 24/7 emergency helpline, which will be answered by us personally and not by a call centre.
We are committed to providing a personalised service, acknowledging that all of our students are individuals and we will continue to set the highest standards for student accommodation in Lincoln.
We are always be only a phone call away, whatever your problem may be, we have extensive experience in assisting and resolving any problems that can arise within a student property.

To set the standards for the provision of safe, comfortable, and practical student accommodation and service, we will constantly improve our accommodation and services by listening to the needs of our tenants, being aware of any technology changes and staying abreast of health and safety along with any other appropriate legislation, thereby enabling us to be the leaders in providing the best student accommodation service available.
Meet the Family
Bruce Hayes
Chairman, Bruce Hayes, has been providing student accommodation back in 1987. Bruce also founded Clubeasy and ran the company until 2002.
Bruce's success in creating thousands of student bed spaces in Clubeasy was achieved by setting the standard and leading the market in providing the best all-round student accommodation package.
By constantly evolving, continually improving the quality, facilities and safety of his accommodation Bruce continues to set the standards by which other student accommodation is judged. Listening to his student tenants, keeping up to date with technology and applying all safety regulations are also key to Bruce's success.
Bruce is now assisting his youngest daughter Natalie and her husband Michael in creating a new and improved student accommodation business.
Michael Hayes-Cowley
Michael started his training with the Clubeasy Group under the guidance of Bruce in 2000. He quickly progressed to General Manager of Lincoln and was instrumental in starting Clubeasy in Loughborough. Mike managed the Loughbrough project from the first property through to the first 200 bed spaces, gaining a strong foothold for Clubeasy in Loughborough.
Assisted by Bruce, Michael is now creating an even better student accommodation business in APS Properties.
Natalie Hayes-Cowley
Natalie has worked with her father, Bruce, in the student accommodation business since the age of 15 in Hull (where the business was started). Since then she has graduated herself at Lincoln University. Natalie now works for the family business full time and is able to draw on her own experience of University life.
Lynn North
Lynn North joined us in July 2007. Lynn had previously worked for Clubeasy since 1997 and was Lincoln Director. Lynn's extensive knowledge of student accomodation has added further expertise to APS Properties.
Margaret Fields
Margaret Fields worked for, Clubeasy from 1991 and has an extensive knowledge of student accommodation business. Margaret joined APS Student Accommodation after working for five years in social care.
